FCP — Privacy Policy

FCP ("the app", "we", "us") is a tournament and league management platform for football communities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address — used for authentication (email/password, Google, or Sign in with Apple).
• Display name — first name and last name you provide during profile setup.
• Profile photo — optional; uploaded by you.

Profile Information

• Team name, membership type (User / Founder)
• WhatsApp phone number (for match coordination)
• Game preference (e.g. eFootball)
• Communication app preference

League & Match Data

• League participation, match scores, fixtures, and group assignments
• Score submission proofs (images you upload)

Marketplace (if used)

• Listing content and contact information you provide

Contacts (with permission)

• Used solely to let you select people to invite; we do not store your contacts on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the app's core features (authentication, league management, match tracking)
• Display your profile to other participants within leagues you join
• Enable match coordination via WhatsApp links (initiated by you)
• Send push notifications about matches and league activity (with your consent)
• Enforce app security rules and prevent abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Sign in with Apple

When you use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides us with your name and email address (on first sign-in) via the Authentication Services framework. We store this information to create your profile. We do not request your name or email again from you after you have already authenticated with Apple.

4. Infrastructure & Third Parties

• Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, and Storage.
• Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — OAuth authentication.
• WhatsApp — External communication links opened at your request; no data is shared automatically.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the support page.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Hesap Bilgileri

• E-posta adresi — kimlik doğrulama için (e-posta/şifre, Google veya Apple ile giriş).
• Görünen ad — profil kurulumunda sağladığınız ad ve soyad.
• Profil fotoğrafı — isteğe bağlı; sizin yüklediğiniz.

Profil Bilgileri

• Takım adı, üyelik tipi (Kullanıcı / Kurucu)
• WhatsApp telefon numarası (maç koordinasyonu için)
• Oyun tercihi ve iletişim uygulaması tercihi

Lig ve Maç Verileri

• Lig katılımı, maç skorları, fikstür ve grup atamaları
• Skor kanıtı görselleri (sizin yüklediğiniz)

Rehber (izin verirseniz)

• Yalnızca davet göndermek için kişi seçimi; kişileriniz sunucularımızda saklanmaz.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

• Uygulamanın temel özelliklerini sunmak (giriş, lig yönetimi, maç takibi)
• Profilinizi katıldığınız liglerde diğer katılımcılara göstermek
• Sizin başlattığınız WhatsApp bağlantılarıyla maç koordinasyonunu kolaylaştırmak
• Maç ve lig etkinlikleri hakkında bildirim göndermek (izninizle)
• Güvenlik kurallarını uygulamak

Verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.

3. Apple ile Giriş

Apple ile giriş yapıldığında Apple, Authentication Services çerçevesi aracılığıyla (ilk girişte) adınızı ve e-posta adresinizi bize iletir. Bu bilgileri profilinizi oluşturmak için saklarız. Apple ile kimlik doğrulamasından sonra adınızı veya e-postanızı sizden yeniden talep etmeyiz.

4. Altyapı ve Üçüncü Taraflar

• Google Firebase — kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, Cloud Functions ve Storage.
• Google / Apple OAuth — giriş seçenekleri.
• WhatsApp — sizin isteğinizle açılan harici iletişim bağlantıları; veri otomatik paylaşılmaz.

5. Saklama ve Silme

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabımı Sil). Silme işleminin ardından verileriniz makul süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır; yasal yükümlülükler saklıdır.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
