When you write to us, please include your account e-mail, the device you use (e.g. iPhone / iPad / Android), and a short description of the issue so we can help faster.
Yes, FCP is completely free to download and use. Creating an account is free and there is no subscription, no paid content, and no in-app purchase. The app has no fees of any kind.
You can sign in with your e-mail and password, with Google, or with Sign in with Apple. On the welcome screen, tap the option you prefer and follow the on-screen steps. If you don't have an account yet, tap Sign Up and complete your profile.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot Password to receive a reset link by e-mail. If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign in again. If you still can't get in, e-mail us at the address above and we'll help.
Ask the league founder to share their FCP code or invite link, then paste it in the app to join. Founders can create leagues and invite participants from within the app.
Open the app, go to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Your personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable time. You can also request deletion by e-mailing us.

Giriş ekranında Şifremi Unuttum'a dokunarak e-posta ile sıfırlama bağlantısı alabilirsiniz. Kaydınızı Apple veya Google ile yaptıysanız yine aynı düğmeyle giriş yapın. Yine de giremiyorsanız yukarıdaki adresten bize yazın, yardımcı olalım.
Lig kurucusundan FCP kodunu veya davet linkini isteyin ve uygulamada yapıştırarak katılın. Kurucular uygulama içinden lig oluşturup katılımcı davet edebilir.
Uygulamada Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabımı Sil adımlarını izleyin. Kişisel verileriniz makul süre içinde sistemlerimizden kaldırılır. Ayrıca bize e-posta göndererek de silme talep edebilirsiniz.
